When?
We play on Sundays (5.00 pm) and Wednesdays (9.00 pm). The season takes place from early November until late March, with a two week break over the Christmas period. For specific dates, please see the registration form which is updated for each season.
Where?
All games take place at the Big Marble Go center (formerly known as the Family Leisure Center).
How many games in the season?
There are a total of about 36 games that you can play in if you play both evenings every week. Participants as many or as few games as they wish.
How much does it cost?
The price for the 2024-2025 season is $120, and can be expected to roughly stay the same for following seasons. If you play every game, that works out to less than $3.50 per game.
Where does the money go?
The field rental is $135 per hour and this is where all of the registration money goes.
How many teams?
This depends on the number of registrations, which changes each year. In the past, we have been able to field two to four teams each year.
Is it possible to get a refund at a later date if I sign up?
Refunds are possible until one week after the first game of the season. After one week, registration fees unfortunately are not refunded.
What equipment do I need to play?
We recommend soccer cleats and shin-pads along with athletic wear for play. However, it is a non-competitive league without referees. Therefore, playing in sneakers and without shin-pads is allowed, at your own risk.
Can I play with a friend?
We will try to accommodate relatives, friends and other close contacts on the same team. However, we also attempt to ensure that the strength of the teams remains balanced across the league. That said, for most cases we can accommodate your request.
